What Is The Forge?
The Forge is Hoops House’s purpose-built recovery rooms, equipped with an ice bath, sauna, and private shower.
Each Forge session can be privately booked for 45 minutes, giving you exclusive access to the space to maximise your recovery — whether that’s running a structured sauna circuit, plunging into the depths of the ice bath, or simply resetting your body and mind.
Built for athletes and active individuals, The Forge exists to help your body adapt, recover, and grow stronger. This is where recovery becomes intentional — where you forge the body, player, and person you’re striving to become.

Sauna and ice bath recovery work best when used together. Heat helps the body relax and release tension, while cold exposure reduces inflammation and sharpens recovery. Alternating between the two allows your body to adapt, reset, and recover more effectively from training and daily stress.

Use The Forge responsibly and within your personal limits
Follow all posted signage and staff instructions
Stay hydrated before, during, and after your session
Do not use the sauna or ice bath if you feel unwell
Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable
