Cold Shock & Hypothermia Warning

Sudden exposure to cold water can cause an involuntary cold shock response, including rapid breathing, elevated heart rate, and loss of breath control. Prolonged exposure may increase the risk of hypothermia.

Users must monitor their exposure time carefully and exit the ice bath before discomfort becomes distress.

Hypothermia Warning:
A decrease of the body’s internal temperature below the normal 37°C (98.6°F) can cause intense shivering, numbness, confusion, impaired coordination, slowed breathing, fatigue, and in severe cases, loss of consciousness.
