SportSpeed delivers high-performance coaching for developing athletes, focusing on how speed, strength, and coordination actually transfer to sport. Based at Hoops House, sessions are delivered through 1:1 coaching, small-group training, and SportSpeed’s Performance Project online program.
This term, SportSpeed is not running fixed weekly classes, allowing greater focus on individualised development, targeted programming, and athletes who want to train with intent.

1:1 Performance Coaching
Personalised coaching for athletes who want maximum return on their training.

Each session is built around the athlete’s sport, age, training history, and goals, with clear progressions and coaching cues that actually stick.
The Performance Project (Online Program)
SportSpeed’s online performance system, designed for athletes who want structure beyond the gym.
The Performance Project focuses on:
• Speed and movement mechanics
• Strength foundations that transfer to sport
• Plyometrics and elastic power
• Athletic rhythm, timing, and coordination
• Education around training intent, recovery, and mindset
This is ideal for:
• Athletes training outside scheduled sessions
• Those wanting continuity while in-season
• Parents and athletes looking for long-term development, not quick fixes
Small Group Performance Training
Invite-only or coach-formed groups (typically 2–6 athletes).
Ideal for:
• Teammates training together
