When are payments due?

Payments are made weekly as per your membership selection unless you have paid your membership upfront.

Can I freeze my membership?

We understand that as much as you may love basketball, you need to take break by going on a holiday every now and then! We will happily pause your membership for up to 2 weeks.

How can I cancel my membership?

Simply pop into Hoops House or email us to let us know by Sunday close of business before the next direct debit and we’ll cancel your membership. An early termination fee will apply if the cancellation is within minimum commitment period. For more information view our T’s and C’s.
