Spring & Speed takes the next step in athletic development for teens aged 12-16, building on foundational gym skills to enhance strength, speed, and agility. This program introduces more structured strength training, explosive movement drills, and dynamic agility work, helping young athletes develop power, coordination, and endurance. With a focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and progressive skill-building, Spring & Speed ensures teens gain confidence in the gym while pushing their athletic performance to the next level—all in a fun, supportive, and motivating environment.

Class Time: Wednesday 4pm - 4:45pm
Max 12 Per Class
Cost Per Class: $25 a session for 8 weeks - $30 single sessions

When: Thursday 6am - 6:45am
